Jim Babka's Mini Bio — Jim Babka is the co-founder and President of the Downsize DC Foundation and DownsizeDC.org, Inc. Most business days he and his team mobilize an army of more than 28,000 concerned citizens, many of whom, in turn, instruct their employees on Capitol Hill on how they want to be represented.
